CHARTER OPTIONS
Tail Hunter Charters specializes in sight fishing. These trips are perfect for anglers looking to sight fish with fly rods and/or light tackle. Year round, the majority of what I do is target redfish in shallow water. Seasonally, these trips can also include fishing for tarpon, jacks, triple tail, sharks and others.
FLOOD TIDE (3-4 HRS)
$400
When the tide pushes high enough into the marsh, redfish move into the grass to feed. Watching a redfish tail in the grass is one of the most unique sights in Lowcountry fishing. Flood tide opportunities are limited and depend entirely on the right combination of tide, weather and conditions.
HALF DAY (4 HRS)
$450
A half-day trip is a great introduction to Charleston's fishery or a good option when you want to get on the water without committing to a full day. We'll focus on the most optimal part of the tide and making the most of the shorter trip.
FULL DAY (7-8 HRS)
$800
Full days allow us more opportunity at different species (variable by season), different locations, and different styles of fishing as the day progresses.
